I used to have paperwork all over my desk to make sure I had everything at the ready
while negotiating with the loss mitigator. Realeflow
has made my life much easier. All I have to do now is pull up the negotiating pane
and I am good to go. before I call I check the notes to prepare. This is such a
time saver and it also helps when the mitigator (on their rare occasion) calls me.
I can pull up the info needed in seconds. It is awesome.

Realeflow has changed the way my partner and I do business. Our short sale company

Greg, Realeflow has literally put dollars back
in my pocket – far, far more than what we have invested in the product. When we
had just 10 deals in our Short Sale pipeline, we were struggling with three people
on our team trying to hold it all together. We spent a TON of time just trying to
figure out what was going on with each house. I was trying to figure out how I could
afford to hire person #4 for our team so we could build our pipeline larger. After
just 6 months on RealeFlow, the same three people are easily handling close to 25
houses and NOTHING is falling through the cracks. We’ll be able to build at least
to 40 without having to add someone to our team.

I wanted to let you know what I thought of Realeflow. I have installed it and have
been going through training sessions with Lisa Kayser and want to tell you that
this is the best software that I have used in doing short sales. I am not an experienced
short sale person as of yet but I can say that that is going to be a short lived
situation.
I can see so many benefits from Realeflow that
I have not had from other Real Estate Software that I have purchased and used.
Your system is setup so that I am finally seeing the light and also set up so that
more than one person can be very active and doing different parts of the business.
Different persons can be doing parts of the foreclosure/shortsale activities and
still see the progress that is being made by others without the need of talking
on the phone or having daily meetings to find out the progress of each step of each
deal.
I am finally feeling comfortable with doing short sales and believe this is the
tool to get me over that hump to greater success.

Your Realeflow program is a Godsend. I have
been doing short sales for six years now and I thought I had it down to a science.
The thing I dislike the most about short sales is the time spent updating files and
arranging file folders and never really quite knowing what needs to be done next.
It use to be that my customers would call to keep me in line and while juggling
60+ short sales at one time it was the tail wagging the dog constantly. It was getting
to the point that I agonized walking in to my office each morning not knowing what
fire I would be putting out next. With your program I have been able to have all
the information I need at my fingertips. I feel that this program paid for itself
within the first six weeks. I would need at least two full time employees to do
